I am a Certified Leadership Coach and LEADS Facilitator with the Canadian College of Healthcare Leaders. I am certified to facilitate Patrick Lencioni’s Five Behaviors of an Effective Team and Core Strengths. Additionally, I am trained in Critical Incident Stress Management and specialize in crisis debriefing for individuals and groups.
My diverse educational background has strengthened my Leadership and Human Resources expertise; with undergraduate studies in Human Resources Management and Broadcast Communications followed by graduate studies in Leadership.
